Wpływ wody na egipską architekturę grobową: przypadek grobowców prywatnych z czasów Starego Państwa

Abstrakt

Świadectwa znajdowane na cmentarzysku dworzan po zachodniej stronie kompleksu Piramidy Schodkowej w Saqqara wskazują, że starożytni budowniczowie grobowców reagowali na zmiany klimatyczne (związane z tzw. 4.2 ka event) wprowadzając nowatorskie środki mające zminimalizować negatywny wpływ opadów deszczu na kult pośmiertny osób prywatnych. Artykuł prezentuje rozwiązania, które miały na celu ochronę miejsc pochówku i odnowienie uszkodzonych przez wodę miejsc kultu.
